Pulled Pork Stuffed Sweet Potato - great way to eat bbq without bread! *We have been trying to eat healthier...errr we have been on a diet and this was GREAT reguardless! I would totally have this again. We used the leftover pulled pork in burritos later in the week. Gotta love it! (PS I did use Pork Loin like the recipe calls for and followed her instructions exactly and it turned out great!)
Crock Pot Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork ---- INGREDIENTS: 3-4 lb Pork Loin Roast, Pork Rub (see how OP makes hers at the link provided) or your favorite seasonings, 12 oz Dr Pepper, Barbecue Sauce (to taste). DIRECTIONS: Season pork with your rub on all sides. Place in slow cooker. Pour in Dr Pepper. Cook on low 10-12 hours. Drain most of the liquid. Use tongs to shred pork. Add barbecue sauce to taste (I use a whole bottle). Stir well and reduce temp to warm for serving.
