Most definitely! We tend to have certain expectations set in our minds about how things are supposed to be. And when we don't meet those expectations, we start getting down on ourselves. Set attainable goals - challenging but no so out there that you'll never reach them. One small step at a time!

As time goes on you'll understand. What lasts, lasts; what doesn't, doesn't. Time solves most things. And what time can't solve, you have to solve yourself.
