CHOCOLATE HAYSTACKS:: Melt 3 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, 3 oz butterscotch chips and 6 tbsp creamy peanut butter in the microwave, stirring every 25 seconds or so until smooth. (You can also use a double boiler on the stovetop). Stir in the 3 oz of rice noodles and 1 cup mini marshmallows. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper or parchment paper and allow cookies to harden (may have to chill in fridge). Butterscotch-Chow Mein Noodle Candy/Cookies - my mom used to make these for a sweet treat. Fun for the kids. TIP: I melt my chips in the microwave 15 seconds at a time. Do not let a drop of water in with those chips or you will have a mess!
Garlic Butter Rice. 1/3 cup butter, 1/2 cup white rice, 1 chicken bouillon cube, 3 cloves minced garlic. Dissolve bouillon cube into 1.5 cups water, add butter and minced garlic. Pour in and cook rice once butter is melted. Add more butter if needed.
