Light headboard diy Mood lights always help to create romantic ambiance in a bedroom. That’s why it’s a good idea to put them into a headboard. You can make it as large as you want and paint to match your decor. The process is quite simple. Build a simple wood frame from 2x4s, and add crossbeams. Drill small holes to put cords through in the bottom of each opening. Paint your frame and screw to the wall. Fill each space with lights and connect all cords. Cut translucent panels from polycarbonate sheet and fix to the frame with screws. Enjoy your new even more romantic nest!

easy DIY pallet headboard. Rustic, country, nature, woodsy feel in the bedroom. With a few decor items to tie in such as antlers, and a plant at bedside.

I would love to feel this at ease when writing my grocery list out.

LOVE this idea! Can't wait to find someone else's junk, and create a fabulous one of a kind Headboard! I love how the look is imperfect and has flaws and age! The best part is, when you are tired of this look, it is as simple as taking it down and creating a whole new look.....without having to buy an entire new bed! Definately going to check out Craigslist for discarded shutters!!!

place of a headboard, a salvaged mantel gives this bedroom architectural flair. The more distressed the better for a vintage look like this

I would leave this up all year of course but it does have a fall tone to it.
