this is so true! Women think by lifting weights they will bulk up, but the truth is women to not naturally have the hormones to get bulky. When women look bulky it is generally because of all of the fat on top of the muscle. Women who look like bodybuilders are generally on some sort of anabolic steroid and/or growth hormone. Lifting weights is what gives women shape and curve. Lift heavy. motivation-gets-you-started-habits-keep-you-going #Fitness #Diet
