    A VERY WISE WOMAN once told me that if you're working extra hours as a teacher, it doesn't necessarily mean that you're a better teacher - it might mean that you don't manage your time well. I can always use new tips to WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER, because I work many, many extra hours every week!!! ( I bet a lot of this can be used by other-than-teachers! Good find, I'm sure)
