Everything you need are sliced potato, garlic, olive oil and herbs and spices (optionally). Only three ingredients for a perfect side dish. Bacon Potatoes: Peel whole potatoes, cut across (not too thin, not all the way through), sprinkle with pinch of salt. Next, fill cracks with bacon slices. Bake in a pan with some oil until potatoes are fully cooked. Serve.
