Baked Mozzarella Sticks. These were pretty good, like the recipe says you have to eat them right out of the oven (when they cool off a little) otherwise they aren't good. The breading was really yummy and they were great dipped in marinara sauce. They weren't as good as restaurant style ones, not as soft and creamy but still good for making them at home. And easy too!
DEEP-FRIED TORTELLINI ON A STICK~ 1 quart vegetable oil, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 eggs beaten, 1 cup plain bread crumbs, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese divided, 2 tbsp dried oregano, 2 tbsp dried basil, 1 tbsp dried thyme, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, 20 store-bought tortellini.

Fried Cheese Sticks - Mince half a bunch of parsley and mix with 8oz. cheese (cottage of feta), 1 Tbsp. margarine and 1 egg. Add a teaspoon of mixture to center of dough (3 pieces of Filo dough cut into 8 squares each - or try wonton dough). Wrap like egg roll and fry in about 2 cups vegetable oil. Enjoy!
