Jadeite

Jadeite Canister set./Jadeite, comes in different patterns, is a stain and heat-resistant, milky-green glassware. Common in the 1940's and 1950's, Jadeite was sold at hardware stores and five-and-tens. It could even be found in a bag of flour or box of oatmeal as an inducement to buy the rest of the set.

OP:Lovely vintage cabinet repainted and it brings a new look to the piece...I would love to own something like this...
