treadmill workouts. I used to do these workouts before boot camp and it definitely helps the time pass because you are always changing something. Love it!
Treadmill Shredmill Workout- I've already repinned this once but I just want everyone to know I burned more calories doing this than running 6 mph for 45 mins and its really easy and makes time go by super fast because your constantly switching it up. Love, Jynsen.
