New York Times Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe (supposed to be the best). I've made the cookie dough and tasted it before I put it in the fridge and it's delicious. I can't image baking them could change anything but make it even better with a chewy goodness to boot. Yum!! Just what my addiction needed....

Fiesta Ranch dip. 1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch dip, 10 ounce can Rotel Original (drain excess liquid), 16 oz sour cream, and 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese. Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Chill in fridge for 1 hour. Goes great with chips or veggies.

Fiesta Corn Dip- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 3 cups frozen corn, defrosted 2 cups Hellman’s mayonnaise (may use light) 1/4 cup chopped green chiles (small can), drained 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, minced 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 375º. Mix all ingredients together. Spread evenly in casserole dish and bake 45-60 minutes till top is golden.
