Oreo Cheesecake Cookies 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature 3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 1 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup flour 1/2 cup mini chocolate chip 1 cup crushed Oreo’s (it took about roughly 10 Oreo cookies)
Oreo Cookies Bark: 10oz. Ghirardelli white chocolate chips & 15 regular size Oreos, plus 3 more for topping. Melt chocolate. Pour into bowl & cool 5 mins. Add chopped Oreos & stir. Pour into parchment lined pan & smooth out on top with spatula. Chill 10 mins. Lift whole bark out of pan by parchment & break into pieces. Enjoy!!! Just added crushed candy cane to the mix to make it Christmasy!
