Baked Potato Soup- O'Charley's style!: Okay, idk what O'charley's they are going to but the recipe on that website doesn't even have cheese in it! This is the recipe you want: http://www.food.com/recipe/ocharleys-loaded-potato-soup-18599?scaleto=4=null=true ...I added almost twice as much velveeta as it calls for, and it tasted almost exactly like it!!
Give it to me now! - pinner says Loaded Baked Potato Soup from The Little Kitchen-- made this soup for this in-laws, minor changes: Left skins on potatoes, used red onion instead of green, 2% milk instead of cream. Melted the cheese right into soup and stirred in half pack of crumbled cooked bacon prior to serving. AMAZING. Extremely healthy mom-in-law LOVED it too!
Allow the chicken breast to cool and shred or cube. Bring the chicken broth back to a boil and cook the spaghetti noodles in the broth. When the noodles are done, before draining, keep a cup of the broth. Drain noodles.
Chicken Enchilada Soup (for the SLOW COOKER) - "all the flavors of your favorite enchiladas brought to life in a delicious slow-cooker soup, with shredded chicken, corn, cheddar cheese and sour cream in a spicy, creamy, green chile and tomato infused broth. And the best part? This recipe lets your slow cooker do almost all the work." - I love how the author describes this; she nails it. Enchiladas in a bowl, YUM!
