Fossil Fuels are nonrenewable, that is, they draw on finite resources that will eventually dwindle, becoming too expensive or too environmentally damaging to retrieve, In contrast, renewable energy resources are constantly replenished and will never run out.

Low cost fossil fuels actually cost quite a bit... $ 72 billion in federal subsidies, not to mention the environmental toll. Investing in solar energy would cost less now and in the long run. When will America stop subsidizing pollution?
