Creamiest Hummus ~ try replacing the tahini with Greek Yogurt ~ makes it even creamier!

Hummus is so expensive to buy but SO easy to make! I personally don't like tahini at all and always omit it. Love all these varieties!

Guacamole: chunky, delicious and perfect I just hate it when people mash avocados and call it guacamole...those are just MASHED AVOCADOS.

hummus 5 stars! Never eating store bought again, so easy: 1 can chickpeas, garlic, lemon, cumin and olive oil.

The Best Guacamole I’ve Ever Made recipe ~ flavorful, but not over powering, creamy and chunky at the same time

Hummus: 2 cans (15oz each) garbanzo beans, peeled 1/2 cup tahini 1/3 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons, juiced) 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt 5 cloves garlic 3 Tbsp olive oil, divided 1/4 cup water (or reserved juice from beans) 1 pinch paprika

Soooo creamy looking, although I think I'll add lemon juice and cumin. Plus, I love that this recipe validates my OCD need to peel chick peas!
