Egg drop breakfast. Saute onions and tomatoes, add ham or bacon, salt and pepper, grated cheese. Put in ramekin. Crack an egg on top. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. I tried these the other day and they were awsome . Good for a bunch of people becaue they cook at the same time. (It's like having an individual omlet!) - sub veggies - vegetarian

    We varied from the recipe somewhat....using garlic seasoned diced tomatoes, diced onions, grated triple cheddar cheese, bacon, and one egg in each ramekin. The egg was beaten first and we did not saute the onions or tomatoes prior, but they still cooked nicely. We added pepper and basil to taste. Baked at 350 for about 25 minutes. Fantastic recipe. It's a keepah!

Soy chorizo and two bean chili. I couldn't find chorizo so made this with hot italian sausage. That was very good.

I tried this recipe and it was soooo yummy! The time given is when they are fully cooked so it might take longer if you like them on the crispy side. :)
