Hamburger Stir-Fry. JAMIE: I fried the hamburger first. While the meat was browning I cut up an onion, a pepper, 4 carrots & 2 celery stalks. Once the meat is done, add all your vegetables. Add your stir-fry sauce (I make my own) and cook until vegetables are tender. Served over white rice. Delish!
