1 bag Baker's sweetened shredded coconut flakes

Hot Chocolate Cookie Cups - 1pkg Sugar Cookie Dough 1/2c heavy cream 2TBS hot cocoa mix 1c chocolate chips 1/2c white choc chips 12 mini pretzels 1 c Mallow Bits 1.Put1 TBS dough in mini muffin tin. Bake 12-14 min @ 350. Cool before gently removing Bring chocolate to boil. Stir in cocoa mix. Pour hot cream over the choc chips let it sit 3 min.stir Melt white chips and use it to attach the pretzel handles to the cookie cups. Spoon the chocolate ganache into cups and top with mini marshmallows
