Pioneer Woman Roast Chicken- This is my "Go To" chicken recipe. My trick is to split the chicken down the back and lay it flat breast side up. I change up the taste by using different herbs. My current favorite is chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt and black pepper. Great low carb staple.

Pioneer Woman - 7 Layer salad A+. i have made this several times. i always follow the recipe exactly. We all love it! (it is best to eat this within a few hours of making it, or the day at the latest. after that it gets watery)
