    Finally, the water bottle with storage! Whe go to the gym I hated trying to decide what to do with my locker key and membership card while I worked out. When I walk outside I need to carry my house key and often carry a few dollars or a credit card just in case. This water bottle would be perfect for keeping everything safely with me. So smart!

What to eat before and after your workout. I would recommend coconut or almond milk in place of the low-fat milk for the smoothie. Also, add in a handful of spinach or other green to make the smoothie even more powerful!

I am officially a HUGE believer in HIIT workouts. If you want to push yourself in a short amount of time, this particular workout looks awesome! Maybe change the 30/10 work/rest to a 45/15??

I just did this for the first time and man am I going to be sore in the morning. It says it's a leg workout, but it definitely works your arms and core as well. I can't do burpees because of my ankle and knee injuries so I did a one minute wall sit. Here's to hoping that in six months I have my sexy legs back.

here’s a workout to help you get the toned legs of a dancer. Pair this with a lot of stretching and you should notice a difference, especially in your calves, pretty quickly. For extra intensity, add dumbbells to the squats and lunges. Also, if you have a hard time balancing in the one-legged calf raises, stand near a wall or counter so you have something to rest your hand on for balance. Workout. Could not be more true. No one wants to workout when they are tired -> it increase blood/oxygen circulation which can make you more alert. No one wants to workout when they are sad -> it increases endorphines in the brain which makes you happy :)
