DIY Snow Globes (a use for all those extra wedding mason jars!)

Fill a large apothecary jar with plastic snow and put a small cottage ornament on top and decorate it with trees and more snow. Pretty DIY for the holidays!

I love this idea -- snowglobes made out of mason or ball jars!

Snow globes can be found in stores by the dozen. Why not make your own? Get the how-to here: www.bhg.com/...

I love this idea, but sadly only have two "cloches" that I repurposed from old cheese boards. I will have to keep my eyes open for more. This would be a fun project for my grand daughter to help with. I will be sure to put a bottom under these so they can be take down from mantle and rearranged, as I know she will spend hours doing!
