Go to Lowes and buy the cheapest board they have (12″ x 36″) I believe it is around $6.50 for the board, and you can pay .25 a cut at Lowes as well. photo onto a canvas. This worked SO well. The only thing I did differently is I actually painted the edges along the picture solid black, and then sponge painted over the outside edges of the picture and sides, as the tutorial said. I just didn't like the white poking through.
This is a tutorial on how to use mod podge to make canvas prints with your own photos/prints, etc. Think it would be cute to get some of the kids old art work out, scan, and mod podge.
This was easy. And you know it had to be fast for me to actually do it! I would say mix the acrylic paint with a little bit of water- I didn't do this until the very end and the paint was much easier to work with. Love this! Pin-Win for sure!
