Chicken Cordon Bleu Roll-Ups - Used 6 chicken breasts cut in half fillet style (12 pieces total) and then tenderized to flatten. Doubled the breading and seasoned with additional salt and pepper, otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Only problem, encountered was that there were still dry spots on the tops of the breading, so just gave a good spray of Pam and put back in the oven to finish.
tomato mozzarella pasta al forno Made on 10/8/12 Delish!!! Used Rigatoni pasta and Hunt's fire roasted diced garlic tomatos. I ran out of fresh garlic so I used 1 tsp of minced instead. All in all this was super easy and good just like it was! Maybe add some sausage! :D
