eaten-away: More jumpin jacks fo me I keep seeing this, and the math makes no sense. If every two jumping jacks burn 1 calorie, than 1000 jumping jacks would burn 500 calories. Not 3500. Not a pound of weight. However, jumping jacks are still awesome. Easy to do and get your heart rate up quickly.
I would like to believe this but 1000 jumping jacks would only burn 500 calories if it takes 2 jumping jacks to burn one calorie.
1000 jumping jacks every day for a week = one pound gone! now THAT is a work out i can fit into my mother of four crazy life.
Add jumping jacks to your exercise regime.....doing this now onto of my hr work out each day hope this helps :)

This is the drop 10 workout; I am on day 2 and...Yawn...Yawn...Did I say...Yawn? Not sure how I will break any plateau with this. A beginner is sure to drop weight with it, but this is cake walk for me. If anyone tries this and actually loses 10 pounds, I want to hear from you!:) I eat a mostly clean diet and work out daily. I have done P90X and find this to be a fun workout to add to stuff I already do. My HRM tells me I burn 65 calories with it.
