Hands down, the best, most moist, well flavored pulled pork recipe I've ever made. And it makes enough for an army. PS-I lathered spices on it, wrapped in saran wrap and put in fridge overnight first. Pin this. DO it. NOW. You'll thank me later. Another pinner said: Holy Fall comfort food wonderfulness! This was such an easy meal, and it was packed with warm goodness of BBQ pork and sweet potato! I used skinless boneless pork chops, since that's what I had on hand, and is a little healthier. It just came out a little more like chopped BBQ instead. I will absolutely make this again.
