To clean ceramic stove top...no chemicals...Works better than store bought cleaners!! Soak clean rag in hot soapy water, Apply baking soda in a generous amount all over the affected area of ceramic stove top. Cover with wet (not damp) rag. Let stand 15 min. ** USE GLOVES** Gently scrub the surface. Dry off surface. Repeat if necessary. Best remember for before we move!

Glass Top Stove Cleaner..... Fill a bowl with hot tap water; add some dish soap. Let a clean dish towel soak in the water. Spread a generous amount of baking soda over the infected areas and lay half-ringed-out towel over for 15 minutes. Wipe up baking soda with towel, gently scrubbing if needed. Repeat or leave towel on longer for any really tough marks.

this works if your cook top is just a wee bit dirty but if it has a lot of baked on goods you can FORGET it.
