Classic Macaroni Salad: 4 cups macaroni, 1 cup mayo, 1/4 cup vinegar. 2/3 cup sugar, 2 1/2 tbsp mustard, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 lrg onion chopped, 2 stalks celery chopped, 1 green pepper choppe, 1/4 cup grated carrot -- Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender, rinse in cold water. Combine all other ingredients. Chill minimum 4 hours before serving.
