      Easter cupcakes: To make these Cross cupcakes (1) use your favorite cake recipe (2) Melt some chocolate in a baggie or piping bag, and pipe out a few crosses. Let them harden for a few minutes in the freezer or half hour on the counter. (3)Spread thin layer of frosting on cupcake, then dip into a bowl of heath chips. (4)Insert chocolate cross into cupcake.
