Beef Tips: I made this by the recipe except I lightly floured the beef before browning. I used a pack of stew beef that I got at walmart, spur of the moment purchase because it was reduced for quick sale, so it was around 1.25 lbs. It turned out great, the meat was tender and we had it over egg noodles.
