Spicy Pepper Coconut Yellow Thai Curry Sauce. I tried making this with red curry instead of yellow and it was inedible. I don't think I'll ever be able to eat anything with curry in it again. If you still want to try making it, definitely use yellow curry and I'd cut the pepper in HALF. Tasted like straight up pepper.
