      Foot Bath Detox: 1/2 gal Mason jar: Mix 1 cup epsom salt, 1 cup sea salt, 2 cups baking soda & several gtts Lavender oil. Shake up. Add 1/4 cup to hot wat & soak feet 30 min. Wash ft w soapy water, dry, then brush w ft brush. Use 100% aloe vera after. Daily x 1 wk then twice a wk x 30 days then wkly. Try adding peppermint, basil, rosemary EO.     Every winter I battle skin so dry it cracks and bleeds. A few years ago my grandmother gave me homemade lotion, which I love. It's about to run out, but now I have this recipe! This best part is, you can make it from dollar store materials and stuff you already have at home! I can not wait to try this one!

    Peppermint Tea Foot Soak -1 cup baking soda, 1/2 cup Epsom salt Contents of 4 peppermint tea bags (can substitute with your favorite tea) Whisk ingredients together in a bowl and store in an airtight container. To use, add 2 tablespoons peppermint tea foot soak mixture to a basin of warm water, soak feet. Scented Foot Scrub - 3 tbls baking soda,1 tbls body wash, 1 tbls water, Combine ingredients in a small bowl. After soaking feet, gently rub the mixture over both feet before rinsing well.

    First get a bucket of warm water, not to hot, with a cup full of epsom salt. Allow salt to dissolve before placing your feet inside. Once the salt has dissolved, place your feet inside of the water, allow to soak for up to 30 minutes. 2 Remove feet from water after 3o minutes. Scrub gently with toothbrush to remove all loose, dry skin. This only takes a small amount of time. The skin should be very easy to remove. Rinse feet with water and pat dry with towel, need for summer!

Mix 3/4 cup Listerine, 3/4 cup vinegar and 1 1/2 cups of warm water. Soak feet for 10 minutes and when you take them out the dead skin will practically wipe feels really good too!
