Dim sum: Lotus wrapped glutinous (aka "sticky") rice. Glutinous rice is as the name says: it's a short, sticky grain due to its high gluten content. Completely different from white rice like brown rice is to white. Filled with meat (usu ground pork or chicken) & various other ingredients--it varies widely between dim sum houses, bakeries, & restaurants; some have Chinese sausage, egg yolk, shiitake. It's a meal in one

This is Sangaria Ramune Soda from Japan!!!!! I love it!! It tastes DELICIOUS!!!!! I have tried several of the flavours. I buy them at ASIA MARKET in Corvallis, Oregon and also at UWAJIMAYA ASIAN GROCERY in Beaverton, Oregon!!:) They have a unique way of stoppering the bottle -- using a glass marble!! That is how it was done before there were bottling machines and cans!!
