      Gluten Free Almond Butter Pumpkin Bars: 1 c smooth almond butter (or peanut butter), ¾c mashed pumpkin or other squash, canned or steamed (I heap my 3/4 cup and sometimes add a little more for moisture), 1 egg, 1/3c honey, 1t baking soda. Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased 8x8" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
