All you need is a Tuna fish can, PVC pipe, Spray Paint, Dollar Store or Thrift Store Vase and candles. Beautiful walk way or patio lighting. When I made a few of these for a friends Wedding we spray painted them silver and then accented them with flowers and ribbon. I used Galvanized Pipe which is found in the plumbing department of your local hardware store. I purchased an 8' pipe for around $3.00 and cut them to length.
