Frozen smoothie packs. Get your favorite fruits and make ahead and freeze. An excellent time saver! And no more getting 3 bags (or more) of fruit out of the freezer for a smoothie in the morning.

Make frozen smoothie packs every Sunday to last the whole week. When you're ready to enjoy a smoothie just pick a bag and blend! Simple and quick. I used to do something similar to this. Time to get back in the habit!

1 cup of fresh blackberries 1/2 of a frozen banana 1 – (6 oz) container of plain non-fat/low-fat Greek yogurt (I use Chobani) 4 cubes of ice 1/2-3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or other type of milk, if needed a few drops of liquid stevia or other natural sweetener, to taste

Smoothie I used just short of a cup and half of fruit for each bag and 3 yogurt cubes.

DIY Smoothie Packs, so great for busy weeks! via Lacey in Love #prepday #clean #healthy

Frozen Smoothie Packs: Freeze Greek Yogurt in mini-muffin tin or ice cube trays (1 tbsp per cube) & pre-freeze fresh fruit. Then create ziploc packs w/ 1.5 cups frozen fruit & 3 yogurt cubes. Mix in ground flax or steel cut oats w/ yogurt before freezing or toss in some almonds or almond butter to each bag.

Frozen Smoothie Packs - Must try this to save time and save all those fruits and veggies that go bad when I don't make that smoothie every day!
