PAPAYA PLEASURE SMOOTHIE from The Blender Girl Cookbook from Mara Meredith of Family Fresh Cooking. I LOVE this smoothie because it is quick and easy, loaded with nutrients, and so refreshing.
Papaya and coconut smoothie... 1 14oz can coconut milk 1 large fresh papaya, chopped and with no seeds 2-3 tablespoons honey Juice of 1 lime 1/4 cup flax seed meal 1 cup Greek yogurt 2 cups ice Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds to 1 minute and serve.
