Easy, Thrifty, Pretty Rag Quilt - variations on the theme - use recieving blankets for baby quilt, use flannel for middle instead of quilt batting, use flannel in coordinating color to make square colors pop. Gotta' try this one! Sooo cute!!

Ours have scraps from old flannel shirts and other saved fabrics mixed in with new flannels that she bought. She has also made one for each of my cousin's three little girls and for my best friend's new baby. They are precious! They are made of 'cutsey' baby flannels.
