Use once a week-doubles hair growth. Combine 1 tsp. honey, 2 tsp. olive oil and 1 -2 tsp. coconut oil w/one half mashed avocado. Massage into dry hair, wait 10 to 15 min, shampoo/condition as normal. I need to start doing this
To get long, thick, super soft hair: massage organic coconut oil in your hair 2-4 times a week (leave in 10-25 mins) wash out with shampoo. Do this until hair is growing and healthy (no split-ends) and reduce to 2-4 times a month. Works amazingly!!
take coffee grinds with olive oil, and make into a paste. massage well into the area with stretch marks for about 5 minutes. then take a hot towel, and wrap it around the area for about 20-25 minutes. remove and wash off with warm water. also, when you are finished, apply a moisturizer to the area. the olive oil with the caffeine in the grinds, will help stimulate the area to remove the stretch marks. if you do this 1-3 times a week, you will start to notice a difference within 2 weeks!

Coconut Oil And Avocado Just gently heat the coconut oil for about 10 seconds (on the stove or with an essential oil burner, not in the microwave!), then massage one tablespoon of it into your hair from the roots to the tips. After that, massage the avocado into just the tips of your hair. Leave this mixture on for 10 to 15, then use cool water to rinse it and shampoo. Note: Use once a week.
