      BLOOM'n BACON CHEDDAR BREAD BOWL~ *1 loaf of Italian bread *4 tbsp butter *½ tsp garlic salt *½ tsp dry basil *1c cheddar cheese *½c fried/baked & crumbled bacon *Melt butter in small bowl ~cool. *Cut bread in “tic-tac-toe” pattern without cutting through. *Stir garlic & basil into butter & drizzle over bread.*Stuff all crevices with cheese & bacon.*Lightly wrap in foil bake 15 min @ 350 *Serve warm.

    Bacon Cheddar Scones 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 t baking powder,1/4 t baking soda,1/2 t salt, 8 T unsalted butter, frozen,1/2 c sour cream,1 large egg,1 c shredded cheddar cheese,1/2 pound bacon, cooked, cooled, and chopped,2 T finely chopped chives,1/4 c heavy cream. (see link for prep & bake details). Cut dough into 8 triangles.Bake 15-17 min. Cool for 5 min - serve warm.

    Bacon Cheddar Scones -- I'll make these for a baby shower soon. But they'll be even cuter for the shower because I'm going to scoop the dough into my mini-muffin pan -- gorgeous, delicious finger-food, perfect for a party. Besides -- bacon and cheese? What's not to like?!

    Cheddar Bacon Dip - another yummy dip! I used Fiesta Ranch dip mix instead of regular. I think I'll make it again and use the regular next time to see which is better.

    Bacon Cheddar Beer Bread- 3 cups all purpose flour, 1TBSP baking powder, 1tsp salt, 3TBSP granulated sugar, 1 1/4 cup shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, Colby, and Cheddar mixture), 1 12oz beer, 4 slices cooked and chopped bacon (1/4 cup real bacon bits), 2 TBSP butter melted. Preheat oven to 350*.

    Bloomin' Onion Bread. Made this tonight stuffed with mozzarella cheese, fresh basil and oregano from the garden, and slices of red onion. The whole thing was drizzled with butter melted with pepper and garlic. Baked for about 20 minutes. Served with potato soup. Kevin about died. He ate himself sick. Lol.
