Slow Cooker Broccoli Cheddar Soup is a true staple in any soup repertoire. Healthy AND delicious - plus it's relatively hands-free!: Very easy to make and quite tasty. I will probably plan to double the recipe so we will have plenty for leftovers. Now, I'll just have to try putting it in a bread bowl!
Roasted Broccoli and Cheddar Soup/Great soup. I used vegetable stock and subbed the heavy cream with ff condensed milk. Sprinkled bacon on top. The grainy mustard took it up a notch. It's a keeper and I will make again.
