    Homemade whole wheat bagels! My friend Jon says "I actually bought a thermometer to make sure I was getting the water temp correct instead of guessing. Then after forming the bagels, I let them rise again for about 30 minutes then threw them in the fridge over night, with a layer of wax paper and then a damp dishcloth covering them so they would be ready to boil in the morning. Oh and I also let them sit for about half an hour to get back to room temp this morning."
