Bow Sleeve T-Shirt - Speaking of shoulder details, how 'bout this t-shirt remake by Sew, What's New? user Ruby Murray? The shirt originally had long sleeves, which she cut off and used to make the bow embellishments. She even uses the cut-off seams to create additional detailing around the neckline, so not even the smallest scrap of fabric goes to waste in this project!
T-shirt Makeover. 1.When you mark the neckline it’s best to measure from the sides to make sure it’s even. 2.Use a zig-zag stitch! I tried with both and the elastic tried to twist out with the straight stitch. 3.I don’t finish the edges since knits don’t fray, but you can if you like!
OOAK Repurposed Upcycled Shirt Halter Dress Red by DIXIETEXTILES. Seriously, this looks like nothing more than a pillowcase dress you make for little girls. The exact same pattern only bigger! I could make this in my sleep, would just need a shirt that was long enough.
