Baked chicken, broccoli and rice. I used thin-cut chicken breasts so they'd cook in the allotted time. I used 10-minute brown rice instead of regular white rice and it cooked perfectly. I used Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup and added frozen broccoli to the rice/soup mixture. Just season to taste and it's a good/easy meal!
