    Homemade oatmeal protein pancakes with homemade sugar free blueberry syrup. 1 cup of oats 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour 2/3rds cup Greek yogurt 1/4 cup of Splenda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla 4 egg whites 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 large mashed ripe banana Optional- flax seed and wheat germ Syrup: sugar free blueberry smuckers jam, mixed with Ed's sugar free syrup heated for 20seconds in the microwave. Topped with bananas and blueberries Enjoy!
