Stopped buying the jar stuff once I tasted this homemade salsa. Simple and delicious: Chop 5-6 Roma tomatoes,1 small onion and 1/2 cup fresh Cilantro. Mince 2 seeded Serrano or Jalapeño peppers and 1 clove of garlic. Add 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice and salt and peper to taste. Mix everything together and let sit overnight for flavors to meld.
1 14.5 ounce can fire-roasted tomatoes 1 10 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies 2 avocados, peels, seeded, and mashed 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh cilantro 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 lime, juiced 1/4 tsp. kosher salt 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper INSTRUCTIONS: In a food processor, add all the ingredients and pulse to desired consistency.

Gringo's Green Sauce! 4-5 avocados sliced 16 oz sour cream 1- 4oz can diced green chillies 1 can of rotel 1 handful of chopped cilantro 1 tbs garlic salt 1-2 jalapeños chopped (add more if you want it spicer) 1 tsp of lemon juice - mix it all in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
