Lance Cpl. Jason Hallett and Staff Sergeant Michael R. Gilio, both of India Company, 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, are reunited at the unit’s homecoming from Afghanistan earlier this week. Hallett has been recuperating at Bethesda Naval Medical Center since being wounded in October 2010.

Traci Wise: “I found my son sitting having a moment with his daddy (SFC Benjamin Wise) the other day. We lost him January 15 in Afghanistan… we cannot forget about the incredible loss these children must undertake.”
