(Used this mostly as inspiration for Ellie's 1st birthday banner.) Didn't use paint-chips. (Seriously people, that's basically stealing.) Cut hearts with Cricut (about 2.5"). Cut "Happy Birthday" w/ Cricut (1.5"). Glued letters to hearts, punched holes in the tops and strung coordinating ribbon through to hang. Took two hours, off and on.
Really big DIY wall art using styrofoam and fabric. Also on the page is a tutorial to make your own painting using styrofoam, canvas drop cloth and random paint. Love the idea after we've painted a few rooms, to use the different colors to create a gigantic painting that ties the rooms together.
