Skinny Texas Cheese Fries (Healthy Alternative) To satisfy my cravings for Chili's or Outback cheese fries. These have 1/4 the calories but taste almost as good. I use ketchup instead of ranch dressing. Try soaking the cut fries in salted water before cooking to extract water in fries and they will crisp up better in oven.
