Mod Double Polka Dots - DIY Nail Nail Art Designs. First apply a sky blue base color, and using either a bobby pin or the tip of an old pen and carefully make polka dots in different sizes using brown and white. After this layer dries, go back and add a smaller dot of the opposite color inside of the larger ones you just made. Apply and topcoat and you're done!
