Broccoli Cheese Soup, YUM! My changes: I simmered 2 cloves of garlic with the onions for 20 minutes, added the steamed broccoli, then used an immersion blender to make a creamier soup. Reduced fat sharp cheddar (all I had) worked great. Thanks Sara!
